A. No. All rental agreements are between the cottage owner and the
cottage renter.

What if the cottage is not as represented in the ad or listing?
A. We suggest that you visit the property before you commit to renting.
Sometimes this is not possible. You could ask for previous renters’
contact information to verify that what you see is what you are
getting. Please ensure you enter into a rental agreement that should
cover this question.

How do I make changes to my free listing?
A. The login to make changes are not available
for the free listings due to security reasons. We would be happy
to make the changes for you. Please email
us with your property number and the changes you are requesting.

What do I need to bring?
A. If the cottage listing is a full listing, most of the information
should be available in the listing. However if you are unsure of
something, please contact the cottage owner for futher details.

Is the water safe to drink?
A. In today’s day and age, this is a very pertinent question
that should be asked of the cottage owner for your personal safety.

Where can I find if there’s lifejackets and an available
boat to use during my vacation?
A.The full listings should say if there is a boat available. Life
jackets are geared to weight and size, so this is a very important
topic to ask the cottage owner.

When is check-in time and check-out time?
A. This is based on the owner’s preferences.

How do I get the keys?
A. This is an arrangement that the cottage owner and you have to
make.

in the case of an emergency.

however the question should be asked of the cottage owner.

A. Depending on the cottage location this may not be available and
should be asked of the cottage owner. Additional costs may apply,
however the cottage owner should have this information for cottage
renters.

Where can I find information regarding grocery stores, other
shopping amenities as well as the nearest church?
A. Detail Full Listing should stipulate the nearest town, but please
verify this information with the cottage owner. Map Quest is another
alternative if you’d like to look this information up prior
to calling the cottage owner.

Can I bring my pets to the cottage?
A. A Detailed Full Listing should say if pets are allowed. If in
doubt, please ensure you ask the cottage owner.

How many vehicles am I allowed to park at the cottage?
A. The cottage owner should answer this question because it may
depend on the location of the cottage and season.

Can I smoke in the cottage?
A. This question is answered if the listing is a Full Detailed Listing.
If the listing is not a Full Detailed Listing please ask the cottage
owner. It may also be addressed in the cottage rental agreement.
Q.
Can I have a bonfire?
A. Depending on the location and local fire restrictions this may
not be possible. Please ask the cottage owner, where this information
can be obtained for the applicable cottage you are renting.
